No Signs of Life!
Overview: Been having an ant problem. Bought 1 gallon of Atticus Talak 7.9% Indoor/Outdoor Insect Control for $49.49 along with a Chapin 20000 1-Gallon Pump Pressured Sprayer for $15.49.Testing: For a "test run" I filled the sprayer with 1 gallon of ONLY water. This allowed me to not have to worry as I got used to the sprayer and learned how many and how often I needed to pump it to keep a nice steady flow. Sprayed the perimeter of the house with about an 8" spray spread along with the spaces in our decorative sidewalk blocks where most of the ants have been making lots of little mounds. Had over 1/2 gallon of water left so thankful I did the test.Application: For the "real deal" I put on gloves, a mask and goggles. I mixed 1/2 oz Atticus Talak 7.9% into 1/2 gallon of water. This equates to the 1 oz per gallon in the instructions. Measurement was super easy with the "tip-n-measure" bottle. Did the same run around the house as the "test run" and still had enough left over to hit the spaces in the sidewalk blocks a second time. From mix to finish took about10 minutes (Not counting about 15 mins for the test run). Results: The attached photo is from 24 hours later. 10s of 100s of dead ants piled in the spaces between the concrete blocks with no signs of life. Almost looks like they came up for air. I'm impressed!Final thoughts: Since there are 128 oz in a gallon I now have 255 applications left. Even if I did 4 times a year that would still take 64 years! While $49.49 for 1 gallon is a great deal vs $27.99 vs 32 oz (1/4 gal) I should have gotten the "worse deal" as I now have way more than I will ever need!

It works!
Some reviews stated once and done. My thought was not so fast.It does work and the five stars are legit. There are caveats. Some stated sprayed once and no mosquitoes. I live in the sub-tropics. I can't spray the entire neighborhood. So for mosquitoes in a region similar to where I live. No. Total fail. That was not the impetus behind the purchase. Carpenter Ants. The house was over run with Carpenter Ants. I found a few nests and dug them out. Yet they still remained. Not as prolific but still there were ants. After one application around the parameters of the house. Both inside and out. There was a noticeable difference. Approximately a week later the product was reapplied. Now they are almost completely gone. There also was a infestation of another type of ant inside. A very small ant. Appears to be white. No amount of cleaning with 30% vinegar would completely remove the ants. BTW when cleaning with the powerful vinegar lots and lots of ventilation is required. Applied the product in and around all sinks and cabinets. Removed all escutcheon covers on water pipes and applied. Twice. There are organic vegetables growing on the property. As well as many fruit trees. So application other than the immediate parameter of the home is not acceptable. The label states clearly to not apply to fruit crops. This product is working better than any other products and methods used.Oh, those all those homeopathic methods are a joke. The results is as though nothing was done.

The only thing that works!
I’ve tried several different ways to rid my yard of mosquitos. This stuff works on the first application! The picture was just before I sprayed. The back corner of my yard was filled with mosquitos. You couldn’t walk back there without 5 landing on you immediately. They were so thick. I tried Tougher Than Tom’s and it didn’t really work. I applied Talak yesterday and went back today and couldn’t find a single mosquito. Highly recommend! I even applied it around my pool and house for other bugs and it works perfectly! I was skeptical but trust me, this stuff works. They just earned a lifetime customer. I’ll try and report back to show how long it lasts before needing to reapply but seeing immediate results in just one application has me thrilled. Buy this now!

Real person real review
Mixed 4oz in 5 gallon sprayer and treated my backyard which is heavily mosquito infested. Had a party the following day with no one getting a single bite. I think the people on here with the bad reviews are not properly proportioning it or not mixing it at all and just spraying a high concentration on a select area and then just milky water on the rest. When in doubt double it, it’s 50 bucks and professionals charge 60-100 dollars and you can get the same result

Bifenthrim loses effectivity quickly after mising.Once mixed in sprayer, use in < 24hrs...
I'll get this out of the way first: Bifenthrin degrades quickly after mixing with water. I've read 24-48 hours. Best to mix and use all of it the same day that you spray it.Shelf life of the undiluted product in the original container is reportedly 3-5 years if kept away from heat and direct sunlight. If you live in Arizona for example and you normally store in a shed or a garage that is not climate controlled, probably best to seal the container in an air tight, heavy duty plastic bag and then store inside. As for the effectivity or the product, it's worked well for fire ants (and other ants), chiggars, roaches and everything else I encounter around my property. Worthy product when used according to directions and stored properly. .

Works as good as professional mosquito control
This stuff is the bomb!!! Last year I paid for mosquito control every 3 weeks but decided to try this and do it myself and I am so glad I did. It works great and now I can enjoy being outside without being bit by mosquitos. I am a person that they seem to love to bite will be eaten up in no time, but not all after spraying this all around our yard. We did have to spray again after it rained and every two weeks.

Effective perimeter spray
So far so good. I have used one application around the perimeter of my home and can see a lot of the little black sugar ants dead and dying. There is quite a bit of product in the container so even if I reapply monthly this should last quite a while to keep the bugs out of our house.
