Efficient way to add fast ethernet port without runing wires.
Used to supply internet to a switch with a couple computers and 2 network printers attached through the Ethernet port. Seems to effectively provide around 400 Mbps bandwidth using my Wifi, much better than than the < 60 Mbps I could get out of power line adapters. Connected using WPS in under 20 seconds and remembers the wifi even if powered down.

Works Great!
Setup:This product was easy to setup and works great. I was using this as a wireless bridge to be able to plug a network switch into a space that didn't have a network drop. The process was to plug the device in, connect to the wireless network that it created, go to this devices website, select the operating mode, then select my existing wireless network and provide the password. It was also convenient that they provided a network cable.Use case:We had our tech bench setup on an island in the middle of our office space that didn't have a network drop, but did have power. Instead of running a cable across the floor or a power pole from the ceiling, this product allowed us to connect to our wireless network and provide a cabled connection to our tech bench switch, allowing us to plug in various computers and other network devices on the tech bench without needing wireless. This can be used to allow any devices with a network cable connection port (RJ-45) to connect to a wireless network.I also like that it didn't need a power brick, but the whole device plugs directly into the power strip, which reduced the clutter. This device can also be used as a wireless extender, creating an additional wireless network you can connect to for devices that are too far away. I didn't want to use the device for this function, so I like that they provided an option to hide this additional wireless network (SSID).

Poor device with misleading description that drops connection every 2-3 hours.
This is just a WiFi "Extender" and despite the description "WiFi to Ethernet Adapter" it does not support client-only mode.If you inspect the broadcasting the MAC addresses are registered to Tenda and upon researching this appears to be a repackaged, marked up, Tenda A33 WiFi Extender. It's not even a good value since you're paying $30 more for a rebadged Tenda device. If being misleading wasn't enough this thing isn't even reliable or fast. The most I could get was 650Mbps even though the primary router reporting it's connected at 1050Mbps, for context my other devices operate at 1200Mbps (1.2Gbps) plus.Even with those issues it was acceptable until the reliability issue where it would stop responding every 2-3 hours, clients connected would report a speed less than 200Kbps (K!!) and the web interface stops loading.Attempts to diagnose this are futile because to get the admin web page to load again you have to unplug it and the syslog is cleared every time the device resets so you only see the log of when it is working.BrosTrend has never released any firmware for this device on their website so it seems like this will never get updates to fix whatever issue it has.

Easy to configure/setup
I used this to enable a Vonage wired ethernet VOIP device in a WiFi only environment. Easy to configure and setup. Everything worked on the first try!

Decent speeds
Hits 800mbps going to my xbox series x, hardwired through a gigabit switch. Better than xboxs built in wifi. Works great, recommend. Better than tearing up my walls and running wire. Easy to setup, no way of disabling the wifi extender, hid network so I don’t see the extended wifi network.

Solved my problem
Bought this for a specific purpose. Xfinity gateway wants your 2.4 and 5 gHz networks to have the same SSID. My old Xbox 360 didn't like that at all and refuse to connect to wifi.Setup via WPS button was super easy and it instantly created SSID_EXT and SSID_5GEXT networks. Plugged in the included eternity cable and connected to the Xbox and problem solved.Decided cable would be better on other side, so unplugged and turned the unit over. Took less than 30 seconds to go back to the solid blue connected status indicator.Network speeds on the Xbox status tests were not that good, 7.3 Mbps up and 14 .7 down with 101ms latency, but I probably won't play online games, just updates and such.I plugged it in to a Kasa smart switch that I can power cycle remotely if necessary to reboot or even turn off if security is a concern. So, in conclusion, it is not strictly a wireless to ethernet adapter, it is an extended with one ethernet port. But, if you have a device that won't function on wifi and has a wired port, it is a quick and easy alternative to running a wire to another room.

No frills simplicity
This device’s primary use is an WiFi extender. The Ethernet port is useful for setup and can be used as an Ethernet bridge with some limitations. The hkvision camera I had would not work on its Ethernet port using dhcp. I switched the camera to use a manual IP address and it then worked. The instructions are simple but again mostly geared towards using the extender functionality.Cannot disable the extender functionality. No firmware updates available. Devices local website is http, easy to use, but lacking many features. On the plus side, power draw is low.
