nasal washing is something that you have to get used to just follow the instructions.
gets some getting used too the bottle is marked up so you know how much solution to make up enough for one sachet.

Good neti pot make sure to close it
Good neti pot but only gravity pressure is low and easy to leak everywhere when you dont press the button again after you finish.

Bought for my teenage son who was complaining he ends up with dusts etc up his nose after work and blows out all sorts of yuk. Easy to use and flushes the nose of all the yuk. It's also helped when he had a blocked nose to loosen it all and relieve the sinuses. Sturdy and has different flow nosels, comes with alot of the salt mixtures.

The nasal bottle plus they came with nasal saline when it came i tried it out but every time I done to clear my nose it made me sneeze about six time all the time when I done it thats all l can say about this item
