2 of each 21 candies 🍬🍭
My resealable bag came with 2 of each 21 candies. You get hard candy, gum, soft candy, and gummies. My bag of candies came with two of each of 21 flavors, so that's 42 candies in total. There's a mix of hard candy, gum, soft candy, and gummies, which gives a lot of variety. Plus, I got an extra one, so I feel pretty special! 😂Some of the candies don't have names in a language I can read so it's a bit like a box of chocolates—you never know what you'll get until you try it. I've tasted about half of them so far and I haven't found one I didn't like. This would be a fantastic gift for yourself or someone else. And as a bonus, it came with a cool waterproof vinyl sticke…I love unique stickers! Thanks so much for such a high-quality product!

A Surprise in Nearly Every Piece; Varied Assortment of Asian Candies. Giftable.
What did we receive? We selected and received a bulk like retail package of Asian candies. The assortment arrived in a near 6” x 8” x 3” sealed, sturdy, resealable mylar styled plastic like package, overstuffed with (40) treats, that weighed in about 198 grams, which is less than ½ pound.Fun to eatThese went fast. Very fast. I thought some were delicious and others were not so delicious, but fun to experiment to try. The assortment was quite varied, which I liked, and were all non-chocolate pieces. The vast majority were hard candies, with some soft gummy like and fizzy like candies. All Asian candiesWhat was intriguing was that all the snacks were Asian, we were able to translate randomly selected candies and it seems most were Japanese based. But that’s what we wanted and that’s what we received, Asian candies.English pamphletNone, although in the past, competitors provided, which I appreciated, helping us to understand what we received.FreshEverything was fresh tasting.Taste? There is no accounting for taste. However, whether real or imagined, I think this is an excellent example of Asian based treats.Giftable?Yes.Value?The price, at the time of this review was about thirty-five cents a candy, which I thought was reasonable and offered value.Country of originAsian countries, such as Japan.Allergens? On some of the pieces I translated, the ingredients included dairy and/or wheat. So, caution is advised.Sugar?Yes. I do not believe there was a single piece of candy that did not have sugar.Calories?Unknown.Date of manufacture?UnknownBest by date10/2024.Are these perfect? No. Too many hard candies, for instance.Date received?Late March 2024, so, I kind of think these were close to the best buy date. Reason, for hard candies, I think the date should be farther away than about six (6) months, so, for me, that’s a slight negative.Concern?Yes, many of the candies lacked considerable information, such as manufacturer and/or nutritional information, including a best by date, that’s a slight negative.I hope my thoughts added information.

Unique gift
I've got a sweet tooth and I like to try new foods, so this Asian candy variety pack caught my eye and I'm glad it did. The candies are unique. There are only one or two of the 20 different varieties that I have tried before. There is gum, gummies and hard candies (that I've eaten so far) in the package. Many of the varieties have no English on the wrappers so it's fun to try to guess what the flavor is. My package has a best by date 7 months from now. Given the price it's a bit of a splurge to me but those are often the best gifts ... if you've got someone that has a sweet tooth and likes to try new things this would make an excellent gift.

Nice
This bag has quite the variety of little candies, and they actually include a lot of different types of candy from different countries. Everything tastes and looks fresh too.

Keeps you guessing
If you’re like me, not fluent and able to read in multiple languages, you’ll have no idea what you’ll be getting when you open one of these candies. In a way that’s a big part of the appeal. With a bag that has what they say is 2 pieces each of 20 different candies you’ll have no idea what you’re getting when you open most of the flavors for the first time and odds are unless you say “umm, that was good, I want the other one” and grab the second immediately after eating the first, you’ll have no idea on the second one either. You’ll find a variety of textures from gummies, to a taffy kind of texture, to a hard candy. I’m not sure we all will get the same combination, but I did find one that said “peach gummy” in English and I knew what I was getting, but that was the exception that proves the rule. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this could be a bunch of fun to check these out.

40 assorted Asian candies in a bag. Not all are nice.
A bag with 40 assorted candies from Asia came in the package. Different textures - hard candies, gummies, taffies, gum and chocolate. A collection of candies that are popular in different Asian countries. Not all are nice. Tried some that I think I will like and they were ok. Some not so much. I guess to each his own. Not a bag of candies that will please everyone. If you are from Asia and are longing for candies from home maybe you'll find it in this bag.

Doesn't really come in a box!
After traveling many times to Asia over the years, I remembered eating several of these candy treats along the way. I think my favorite, Hi-Chew, is what caught my eye and prompted me to order. It's a lot of fun to reminisce about the times I've eaten several of these, and even more fun to taste them again. It's quite a variety. Since there are 40 pieces, and I don't chew gum, there is plenty to share. Such fun for me, and would make a great gift for anyone, especially your Asia travelling friends.

Good variety of candies
The candies came in a ziplock type bag and had a good variety of different candies and candy types from different countries. While not all of them were to my liking, I was able to find a good selection of ones I liked and will likely reorder separately
