Product value and product support are amazing. We purchased two setsand had a bid of a learning curve installing the first one. The second lock went up in minutes. The directions were excellent but we chose to forge ahead without reading them! We made a few mistakes but the customer service people were quickly accessible and set up straight right away. The smart lock functionality for this price is absolutely amazing. A very rare combination of a great product, at a great price, and excellent customer support if needed.

Instructions were kind of straightforward but includes videos to watch, which I did. Took me about an hour to remove my old lock and install this after a couple trial and errors with the direction the knob goes lol. Could easily be done in 30 now that I know what I’m doing.BTW: you lock the door by holding down the pound sign on the keypad. I like that you have the option to use a fob, key, or code. Looks good, functional, tells you the battery level… My only gripe: the app needs to tell you if the door is locked or not and to be able to adjust the tones or volumes of tones on door. Add those features and this door is def a 5/5 for the money!
