Love this, now on my third pack, quick delivery and I think it helps me with my skin and hair, great price.I mix it with a bit of smoothie and my collagen powder to make my anti aging mix I drink every morning

Timely delivery and amazing value for money. I have only been taking this for a few days but there are already some effects. Firstly, wow what a colour! Looks and smells like I've just mowed my lawn. The taste, well its as you would expect, wheat and grassy. I have found it does not mix too well in thin fluids. I've tried with cold water mixed with my favourite squash for a more palatable experience, tasted ok but was rather grainy. I also have tried in warm fruit tea, mixed better and apart from slight grainy texture was rather enjoyable 1st thing in morning. I am yet to add to smoothies and the like. All that aside I have felt great all day with higher energy throughout the day with no afternoon slump and has eased my digestive flaws in a gentle effective way. Will absolutely continue to experiment with this product, I am excited to see what long term effects await me.
